Yugma Instructions for Saphea Customers
Yugma.com provides a means for us to demonstrate our software, provide training sessions, and help you with support issues via an Internet connection. You can stay seated in the comfort of your home or office while we are in ours, watching our screen or, with your permission, watching yours, as we work through ideas and issues online. We can provide demonstrations and training sessions for up to 9 people at a time.
All you need is a DSL-or-better Internet connection and your computer. Because new Yugma users need to download software and verify that they have the latest Java components loaded, it is best if you load Yugma prior to your first online meeting with us in order to save all attendees the 5 or 10 minutes it takes to get loaded up with Yugma.
Step One: Load Yugma
If you have already loaded Yugma, you may join a session by simply clicking on the Yugma icon on the Saphea web site (or click here).
If you have not run Yugma yet, click on the "interact" link under the Join Now title: click here to go straight there.

Yugma Log-In Window
If you receive the Yugma Log-In Window, you're ready! If you are just getting prepared for a future Yugma session, you are now done. You can close things up and return to what you were doing.
If you need to join an active session right now, simply enter your name, your email address, and the session id that the facilitator (usually a Saphea employee) provides to you.
If you did NOT receive the Yugma Log-In Window, please continue on to Step Three.

Yugma Step Three - What's Wrong?
It's easy to find out what's wrong and what you need to do to complete your Yugma install.
On the left side, in the menu, is an option for "Support".
Click on Support, and you will then see a lime green "Launch Diagnostics" button. Click that and Yugma will run a short series of tests to see what is missing. If you get a "No" for any item, just follow the instructions listed there to resolve the problem.

Yugma Online Help
Should none of the above resolve your problem, simply click on the online help button at the top-right of the Yugma web site, complete a very short form asking you what your problem is, and you will be in a chat mode with a Yugma support person who will help you resolve the problem.
